Born and raised in the Lone Star State, Blake has a deep connection to Texas and a rich family heritage in ranching. His lifelong passion for the outdoors was cultivated early, spending countless hours chasing deer, turkeys, and ducks across nearly every corner of the state. This hands-on experience has not only fueled his love for land but also shaped his understanding of its value, both personally and as an investment.

Blake holds both a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in real estate finance from Texas A&M University, combining his academic achievements with practical expertise. As the Texas team leader for Whitetail Properties, he is committed to helping the Texas team and their clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling rural properties. Blake recognizes the significance of land ownership, whether for recreational purposes, financial investment, or building a legacy.

Throughout his career, Blake has been instrumental in developing the Whitetail Properties division in Texas, successfully overseeing more than 1,000 ranch transactions across the state. His leadership has contributed to building a strong, skilled team that prioritizes service and professionalism. His approach to real estate is rooted in building relationships, understanding clients’ unique needs, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
