When I went to the mailbox one day this summer we had received a beautiful advertisement from a real estate company called Whitetail Properties. The advertisement was sent by Bob Stalberger. It said that he was looking for hunting, ranch, or farmland in Southeast Minnesota. We had some property that we wanted to sell in northern Minnesota.  We were told by a Real Estate company to the north of us, that it would be hard to move. For some reason, I decided to call Bob.
