Brent, It was a pleasure working with you on the sale of my 525 acres in Tama County, Iowa. To say that the property had some challenges to sell would be an understatement. It did have a lot of potential but it also had tons of challenges (ie in the city limits, enrolled in WRP, had easements from the county water company, etc) I have had the property listed with a number of other brokers and I must say that you went extremely "above and beyond" what the other brokers did to sell the property.
