Bryce messaged me on Friday regarding property was going to list in a week. Had an agreement with seller to offer to some of his existing people he had worked with. I reached out to Bryce sat evening and we looked at land Sunday morning and made offer and had verbal commitment from seller that evening Bryce was always available to answer any questions throughout the entire process and after the sale has been available to give advice on questions regarding surveying and setting up hunting land equipment to maintain land I would highly recommend Bryce.
