I scheduled a day to meet Carter, at a property I wanted to sell. We had a storm the night before. I was in the middle of a forest at a cabin with no internet or news. I called him in the morning to make sure we were still on for the meeting, as soon as I had phone service. He said, I will throw the chainsaw in the truck and head that way, I might be a little late. I didn't know that the storm the night before had tornadoes that hit Poplar Bluff not far from where he lives or Piedmont where we were going to meet. On my hour long drive to that property I drove past Des Ark, MO. This town was also devastated by the tornadoes. Carter met me at my property. We spent about 3 hours looking at all the details of the property. I knew I picked the right person to list this property. Carter clearly has strong work ethics, integrity, and very knowledgeable. We listed this 295 acre tract, rural hunting/recreation land. The property was sold in about two to three months. If I sell another property, I will call Carter first. It's that simple!
