After earning a degree in business with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate from Baylor University, Cody entered the real estate industry and developed a unique expertise. With professional licenses as both a Broker and Certified General Appraiser, Cody has spent more than two decades specializing in the appraisal of farm and ranch properties.
