Cody Sims

I have always felt a profound connection to the outdoors, having been born and raised in the natural state of Southwest Arkansas. During my childhood, I eagerly headed to my grandpa's farm after school, where I enthusiastically assisted in plowing fields and cultivating crops. This early love for the land and farming eventually steered me towards hunting, evolving into a lifelong passion.

Following a stint as an Industrial Electrician involved in constructing power plants, I decided to pursue further education. I successfully earned an Associate's degree in Applied Sciences and obtained a Certified HVAC license. Armed with both licenses, I enhanced my ability to serve clients and embarked on the journey of establishing cabins and homes on expansive acreage.

As my expertise in construction expanded, so did my aspiration to contribute meaningfully. In 2018, I relocated to Texas and discovered my true calling in real estate. As a Land Specialist for Whitetail Properties, I have the unique opportunity to merge my passion for the great outdoors with my construction knowledge to assist others in acquiring their own piece of Texas and realizing their American Dream. Serving my clients in this capacity is a genuine privilege.
