Garret Armstrong

Garret Armstrong has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to and sales, land values and land management in Western Iowa. With a strong foundation and leadership experience after more than two decades in the outdoor hunting industry, Garret made the move to real estate when he joined Whitetail Properties in 2015. He quickly earned his Accredited Land Consultant designation with the Realtors Land Institute and the Whitetail Properties Certified Land Consultant designation.

Garret has built a strong team of highly motivated land specialists in the region who are well-equipped to guide individuals, families and entities through the process of buying or selling investment land, tillable land, recreational land, country homes and lakefront properties. Garret and his wife Maggie enjoy spending time together on their home acreage in Western Iowa with their two shed-finding yellow labs, Nash and Tess.
