Jake Geary

Jake Geary brings a lifetime of passion for the outdoors to Whitetail Properties. Growing up immersed in hunting and fishing, he developed a strong appreciation for the land and its natural resources, shaping his commitment to wanting to help others find their perfect piece of property.

A graduate of East Carolina University, Jake excelled both in the classroom and on the field as an outside linebacker for the ECU football team. He went on to earn a master’s degree in education, later using his knowledge and leadership skills to teach health and physical education for the last 7 years. His love for the water led him to establish his own successful fishing business in Atlantic Beach, NC, Reely Livin' Charters, where he has guided inshore and nearshore fishing trips, sharing his expertise with anglers of all experience levels.

With his background in a variety of outdoor recreations, Jake understands the unique value of land ownership. Whether helping clients buy or sell land, he is dedicated to providing expert guidance and a seamless experience.
