Jason Patterson

Jason Patterson is a proven Land Specialist, known by his reputation of trust, diligence, and an unrivaled dedication to serving his clients' needs. Currently based in rural northwest Missouri, and a lifelong Missouri resident, he is inspired by a family history that includes farm and ranch ownership across the fruited plain including states like Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, and North Carolina, as well as northern and southern Missouri. He and his wife, Kristin, purchased their first northwest Missouri farm in 2006, which naturally blossomed into a partnership with Whitetail Properties. Formally joining the Whitetail Properties team full-time in 2015 gave Jason the opportunity to combine his skills in deal making, networking, and client relationships, with Whitetail Properties' elite property marketing system.
