Kathleen Blanks

Kathleen is a native Texan whose deep-rooted passion for land and the outdoors was instilled by her father and grandfather. Starting at the young age of five, she was introduced to the joys of hunting and fishing; experiences that shaped her love for the outdoors. Alongside her outdoor pursuits, Kathleen had a passion for gymnastics, which led her to ultimately becoming a collegiate athlete competing for the University of Arkansas Gymnastics team during her freshman year.

Training over 30 hours a week in the gym, she developed a profound appreciation for her time spent outdoors on her off days. As her love for hunting grew stronger, Kathleen made the decision to retire from gymnastics and she transferred to Texas Tech University, where she studied Wildlife Biology. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Science in 2018, she began her career in Farm and Ranch Real Estate, dedicating the next five years to helping individuals achieve their dreams of land ownership. Her hard work and dedication culminated in earning her broker’s license in 2023, during which time she became a top producer in her area.

Kathleen now resides in North East Texas with her husband, who shares her passion for waterfowl hunting. Together, they train Labrador Retrievers for waterfowl hunting and focus on assisting clients as a Land Specialist with Whitetail Properties. With her extensive knowledge and experience, Kathleen is committed to helping others reach their goals of becoming landowners.
