Kyle Herr

Kyle Herr grew up in Minnesota, a state renowned for its stunning landscapes and abundant waters. He spent his childhood hunting and fishing with his family across the state. This early passion for the outdoors led him on numerous hunting and fishing expeditions throughout North America. During the fall season, if he's not busy showing properties, you'll likely find him pursuing a target buck with his bow or hunting waterfowl and upland game.

Kyle resides in Duluth, MN, with his lovely wife Rachel and their two daughters, Aurora and Savanna. They are raising their children with the same outdoor traditions they experienced growing up, involving hunting, fishing, and camping as a family to foster a love for the outdoors in their children.

Kyle is known for his relentless drive to achieve his goals, whether it's tagging a mature buck or closing a property sale. He applies this same work ethic to every real estate transaction, ensuring he gives 110% effort to complete tasks and, most importantly, ensure customer satisfaction. Kyle believes that persistence and attention to detail are crucial in all aspects of life, from hunting big whitetails to managing real estate deals.

Since 2015, Kyle has been a Land Specialist in Northeast Minnesota for Whitetail Properties Real Estate. Throughout his career, he has built a strong client base with numerous repeat clients and formed many lasting friendships along the way.
