We give him a rating of 10 plus. He communicated all new information as soon as he heard something and always responded quickly to any of our calls. He is very polite, had a sense of humor, took excellent pictures/videos of our house, other buildings, and land. We knew he was working for our best interests. We always enjoyed talking with him. We had an offer within about a week and are exceptionally pleased with that offer and outcome. We'd recommend Kyle as an agent to anyone seeking to sell land!
