Kyle Waters

Kyle, a native of Virginia, is a passionate outdoorsman, conservationist, and land enthusiast. From his early days chasing whitetails with his grandfather in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia to his current role as a land specialist, Kyle's journey has been defined by his love for the land and all it has to offer.

Kyle's deep connection to the outdoors led him to pursue a degree in Wildlife Science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, accompanied by minors in Forestry and Biology. Eager to get as much experience as he could, he spent his summers working all over the country, from Utah all the way down to southern Alabama. It wasn’t until after college, however, that he was able to achieve what every outdoorsman dreams of, moving to Alaska. For three years, Kyle worked and hunted all over the state, from Barrow down to Kodiak and all the way out to Dutch Harbor. Despite his remarkable experiences in Alaska, Kyle's heart longed to return to his native Virginia, where he eventually found his true love, Jacqueline.

Together with Jacqueline, Kyle ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, establishing a thriving wedding photography business that continues to flourish today. However, their shared dream of owning a piece of land where they could raise their family never wavered. In 2021, their determination paid off as they secured nearly 60 acres of picturesque pasture and hunting grounds in the Shenandoah Valley.

It was during his own land-buying journey that Kyle recognized a common need among others seeking land ownership—a desire for specialized guidance and expertise. Fate brought him in contact with Whitetail Properties, an organization that aligned perfectly with his values and goals. Inspired by his own experience, Kyle embarked on a new mission—to help others turn their dreams of land ownership into reality.

Today, Kyle combines his vast knowledge of the land, his understanding of clients' aspirations, and his unwavering dedication to provide exceptional service as a Land Specialist. With a genuine desire to make a positive impact and a commitment to ensuring every client's satisfaction, Kyle strives to fulfill their dreams of land ownership, just as he has achieved his own. When he's not assisting others in finding their perfect plot of land, you can find Kyle cherishing precious moments with his beloved wife, Jacqueline, and their three beautiful children, Virginia, Grace, and Harrison, on their farm in the Shenandoah Valley.
