Loch McCulloch

My passion for land and the outdoors began for me at the young age of 5, going deer hunting and fishing with my father and grandfather in Southwest Texas. By the age of 10, my dream was to own my own piece of hunting heaven someday. Over the past 25 years, I have been blessed to own ranches in both Texas and Oklahoma. Throughout this time I have gained considerable experience utilizing both state and federal programs for wildlife habitat improvement projects and have experience with cattle ranching and timber production. In addition, I have acquired a great deal of knowledge in purchasing and selling my own properties over the years. It is a privilege for me to put my passion, experience, and knowledge to use as a Land Specialist to help others realize the joy and satisfaction of purchasing and/or selling their own properties.
