When my sweet dad passed away a couple years ago, I had the chore of selling the family farm in Muhlenberg county, Kentucky. "My husband John and I recently made what we consider one of our most important purchases since we wed in 2011. John lost his father to cancer when he was 19 years old. He and his father had a remarkably close relationship, spending much of their time outdoors fishing or driving the gravel roads of the Wildlife Management Area. Our home is bordered by much of this land that offers him such fond memories. John built the home we live in here, on ground he and his dad cleared by hand. "Matt was great, very knowledgeable. Only suggestion would be to get him some admin support. Several times as we were going back and forth on offers and counters I would talk to him during the day and he would be out showing property and tell me he’d have to prepare offer/counter when he got home at night. Seems like it may have cost us a day or so here and there. Would have been better if the process could have kept going rather than have to wait for his day to end."
