From the onset, when we met in person, he took the time that was needed to understand the circumstances surrounding our need to sell the property and then to become familiar with the entire property. Mitch was very attentive to our needs and expectations. He was very prompt and professional in presenting us with the necessary sale contract and accompanying paperwork to sign to get the property on the market. Then he went to work as our agent, and in short order, we had multiple showings and subsequent multiple offers. Mitch made it very easy and kept us well-informed during the entire process. Unfortunately, my attorney’s office dropped the ball on the abstracting, but then Mitch went out of his way to do whatever he could to speed up the process. He even hand-carried some documents to prevent further delay in our closing. In short, Mitch was competent, conscientious, diligent, and a pleasure to work with. The greatest quality, however, that I appreciate about Mitch is his character. I am 70 years old, and meeting someone like Mitch is a rare experience. By random “chance,” I enlisted him as my real estate agent but ended up with a genuine friend!
