Neil Hauger

Neil has lived in Wisconsin for most of his life, except for the 10 years that he lived in California serving in the Navy and Marine Corps. Neil's military career spanned 12 years. He came to Whitetail Properties after a 25-year career in Medical Device - Sales Management and has applied many skills learned in that industry to his job here at Whitetail Properties. Be it the organization of a transaction or negotiation of a sale price, Neil feels his professional experience can really help set him apart from the average Real Estate Agent.

Neil personally owns a 140-acre farm in Northern Wisconsin and he enjoys managing it, improving it, and of course hunting it! He has invested in property in three states and understands what makes a good property. Not all properties are equal. Neil does his best to educate his customers and clients while being a fiduciary on their behalf. A strong work ethic, a spirit of conservation, hunting knowledge, and desire to do what is right are Neil's guiding principles.
