Nichole was raised in a small country town in South Georgia, growing up on her own land and spending countless hours in the outdoors. The outdoors and family have always been central to her life.

This love for the outdoors blossomed into a passion for travel and exploration. Yearly visits to the mountains of North Carolina and Tennessee became a cherished ritual, offering opportunities for hiking, fishing, and creating memories. She’s explored the majestic Great Lakes and fished the coastal waters of Georgia. Hiking and kayaking adventures took Nichole to iconic destinations such as the Red River Gorge in Kentucky and Hocking Hills in Ohio.

As a Whitetail Properties Land Specialist, Nichole is passionate about helping others find that perfect piece of land, whether for building family traditions, exploring the outdoors, or simply finding a peaceful retreat. She is excited to guide people in discovering the special properties that will help them build their own lifelong memories.
