We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Terry and Ryan! They knew the area well and appreciated our property's unique and special features. It was a rather complicated setup with several contributing factors, including multiple owners & entities, managed forest land, DNR issues, etc., and we knew from the beginning it was going to be a challenge to find a buyer. Terry and Ryan helped us to understand the ideas behind pricing the property but ultimately let us set the price. They kept us updated on the listing and even met with us regularly to review the metrics associated with our listing (website hits, duration of listing views, etc.).
