UNBELIEVABLE !!! Tom was the most hard-working realtor I had ever met or heard of!!! I had never heard of a realtor helping a property owner clean up their property, load it on a trailer, and take it to the dump!!! NEVER !!! Tom really gave it his all! I have been so impressed with his attentiveness and understanding toward the property, my needs, my schedule -EVERYTHING!There were a couple of repairs that needed to be taken care of. One was the electric company, and Tom got a hold of Duke Energy to bill me at the closing a few weeks later. I always felt Tom was on my team! He came over with a trailer to help me clean up my yard, and he took the stuff to the dump for me! I have never heard of a realtor going out of their way to help a landowner like this. After I headed back to Massachusetts, Tom checked on the house to make sure it was still secure!He listened to my concerns. He listened to my knowledge of the property, and I felt he believed in me.
