Tim was amazing. He kept me informed about what was happening, and he came out and helped find the two septic tanks (then he dug them out by hand.) Since the house was empty he went over and shoveled snow and even hired repair work for some wind damage while I was out of state. I was blessed to have Tim as my agent.
