Before my first call with Tre, whom I had heard from in a flyer found in my mailbox, I was a bit skeptical and initially thought to myself: "...this is just another advertisement from someone who does this every day and sends mass emails and flyers out to everyone...is this person really going to care about me?...is he really going to give me the special attention I want?..." Remarkably, Tre was not only extremely professional but immediately proposed to visit/ inspect my property. He came back to me within 10 days with details and an approach to the best ways to move forward. The details he brought to the table about his experience and best practices were more than what I had anticipated. Unbelievably, we had multiple offers within just days of the listing. This is undoubtedly a true testament to his experience, resourcefulness, and professionalism. On a more personal note, Tre is very sociable, easy to get along with, and very bright. I truly enjoyed working with him, especially since I am not well versed in buying/ selling property in more rural areas, let alone a different state. Tre made me feel very confident from the beginning, and my wife and I were able to entrust him with the whole process from beginning to end.

This was our first experience of truly selling property. We originally attempted to sell with another real estate agency. It went nowhere and wasn’t a good experience. Then we found Tre!
