Two tracts for one price! I will begin with the 14.5 acres on the Big Muddy River. The river runs right through this tract. There is an old structure on the riverbank that could possibly be refurbished. The timber acres consist of some thick understory areas and some mature timber. If someone could clear a few acres for food plots in the old vineyard, this property would bring the already great whitetail hunting to an even higher level.
