I took several pictures of the clover plot. Positioned perfectly are two large comfortable heated ground box blinds that give the hunter a great view of the areas where the deer access the field from not only this property but also the farms and cornfields across the road. There is a small one-room bedroom cabin with a living space and a small kitchenette. There is no well or septic, and the cabin is wired for a generator. It is a perfect place to get warm and dry. There is a small wood stove in the cabin as well for heat. This one is pretty special between the secluded location with access off of a paved road, the great deer hunting, a quiet cabin in the pines, and the cash rent for income.
