The cover on the parcel has created the perfect habitat for the plentiful rabbit population, and the current owner has had great success in small game hunting in the winter. The front of the property has a great camping or building spot with power available at the road and easy access off of the county road. The property is surrounded by all private property, and of the four that touch it, two of those landowners don’t hunt, and the owner has acquired permission to hunt those bordering properties.
