This barndominium has everything an outdoor-oriented family could possibly want! It’s just waiting for you, your family, and friends to start building history and making memories. On the inside you will find rustic, recycled wood finished walls, a loft big enough for a king and his queen (sleeping area), a kitchen area, a living room, a separate bedroom, and in the mechanical room, a shower, a compost toilet, and you still have plenty of room for your side by side. You will be greeted with artistic accents, a wood burner and a beautiful stairway that ascends to the loft and you can almost touch the 18 foot ceiling. Imagine returning from a cold winter day hunt and being greeted by your family, warmth from the wood burner, soft LED lighting, and a hot meal on the stove. It doesn't get much better than that! There is a propane-fueled stove, potable water, and on demand water heater for the shower, yes hot water! The cabin is wired for 120 VAC, has lighting, outlets, and a generator plug by garage door. There is also a battery and inverter set up for lighting, outlets, and water pump (DC Side). There's plenty of firewood on site, a fire ring, and beautiful trees in front of the porch giving you just enough privacy, but you can still see plenty of the countryside! The owner and I had a few conversations on the porch and in the few hours I was there, I saw only one township truck on the road. The front porch is quant and relaxing. If that's not enough, wait until your family sees these beautiful woods. They offer the deer and turkey plenty of diverse habitat. There is a great mix of topography offering flats, benches, and saddles. The property has a few nut bearing trees as well. I saw deer on every visit, proving you will have opportunities to harvest a big southern Ohio brute buck and some boss turkeys. There are a few roads throughout and there is over ¾ of a mile of frontage, ensuring you never have neighbors (unless you want some) and you will have all kinds of access to your property. This part of the county offers great deer genetics, good quantities of deer, and the area is clean and well maintained. With the quality of this cabin, the location, and the diversity of the woods, it offers the outdoors family lots of possibilities for memories!
