I just closed on 318 acres in Giles County Tennessee. The property was represented by Gary Carty. I want to compliment Gary for the great job he did during the viewing of the property. At our initial meeting at the property Gary gave me a tour in his ATV. We viewed as much of the property as we could from the ATV. During the tour Gary pointed out some of the prominent features. We saw scrapes, rubs, food plots, looked at deer stands, and even saw a couple of deer. After the initial meeting I was interested but wanted to see the property in more detail. Gary met me a second time and we walked the perimeter.  This took about four hours. After that I was hooked.
