I recently purchased a couple of small parcels in a fairly complicated transaction and used Whitetail Properties as my representative in the transaction. Over the years, I have bought and sold many properties and each has represented different challenges. This particular transaction was far and away the most complicated due to the layout of the land and the personalities involved. I do not think this transaction would have taken place without the experience of Gary Carty. In a way I have not observed in other real estate professionals, Gary skillfully worked with the sensitivities of all parties and managed the deal to a close in a manner that was best for all involved. It is clear to me that Whitetail Properties hires only the best professionals to represent it and I will turn to Gary Carty for my future transactions.
