There are even fishing opportunities with Spring Creek and the Yellow Medicine River on the property. The woodlands are unencumbered mainly by conservation programs. The grasslands do have areas of Re-Invest in Minnesota (RIM) acres and Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) acres.
