Private land Mule Deer licenses are currently unlimited and sold over the counter, allowing the landowner to regulate the number of hunters to meet their management objectives. The ranch provides good forage, a Solar Pump operated Water Well and dirt tanks which provide water availability for maintaining elk, mule deer and/or cattle use on the property.
