It basically has three high points separated by two large drainages that run from SE to NW, both of which have flowing water associated with springs during the wet months of the year. These drainages offer potential lake sites that would add another outstanding attribute to an already special property. The two small pasture areas offer plenty of edge for wildlife viewing or find a mature hardwood along one of the ridges to hang a stand.
In addition to the Davy Crockett National Forest, the property is located approximately four miles from the Mission Tejas State Park and three miles from the Caddo Mounds State Historic Site and approximately 1.5 miles from the Neches River.
