There is a very small amount of flood zone in the northern extreme of the property that is associated with this creek. The timber on approximately 70% - 80% of the property was harvested five to seven years ago and these areas have reseeded with pine which appears to have good coverage with healthy, young pine timber. The southeastern corner of the property appears to have been left undisturbed and this area appears to have a nice mixture of relatively mature pine and hardwood timber.
